Do not read while sitting is an essay communicating the anthropological evolution of postures. Analysing the impact of design, architecture and social norms on the transformation of the gestures and their socio-political consequences on the body. The essay is designed in the way that each chapter offers a possible reading posture related to the case study. While reading the chapter in a given position the reader is not only engaged by the process of thoughts but also developing physical empathy with analysed scenarios.
